Employment Application Process
Once you submit your application, Sinclair’s Human Resources team will review your submission, evaluate your resume and determine if you meet the required qualifications for the position. We’ll reach out to the most qualified applicants via phone to initiate the interview process.
Sinclair Research conducts several types of interviews including:
Brief telephone interviews provide applicants an opportunity to verbally express their interest in an open role. Phone interviews also provide candidates an opportunity to explain how their experience and/or abilities relate to the position they have applied for.
In-person interviews provide candidates an opportunity to meet face-to-face with Sinclair’s Hiring Managers to explore the role and the candidates qualifications in greater depth.
Touring the facility and spending time shadowing in the position provides an opportunity for the candidate and management to assess if their skills, experience, and personality will make them a good fit for the Sinclair team.
Once the best candidate is identified, a member of Sinclair’s Human Resources team will contact the candidate to make a formal offer.
